What happens when developer sticks condo with electric bill?

Here is a typical problem that comes across our desk, email and phones everyday.    A small 24 Unit Condominium in Prince George's, MD keeps receiving an electrical bill from BG&E.  

Here is the problem they dont have any common area electrical utilities.  Yet they keep getting bill and the utility company when notifed that it has the wrong customer just changes the name on the bill and sends it back to this community.

Condos face this issue everyday with Utilities, Government Agencies and random Vendors.    We will be asking the International Community Association to step in and help out.  So make sure you come back to see what is happening
