Trying to facilitate short sale for unit in a 24 unit condo with 3 other delinquent units. Mortgage company can't get FHA financing with this problem. This apparently means that all condo owners here will not be able to sell their unit.
FHA and Fannie Mae have to offer some give in this troubled economy.
